Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days with tracking sent to your email. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally: rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout, delivery times vary, and any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.
Pieces marked Preorder are paid for at checkout and ship when the drop arrives. Drop 02 is estimated to ship in early November 2026; the current estimate is always shown on the product page. If we can't ship by the estimate, we'll email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund. You can also cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing us. If your order mixes preorder and in-stock pieces, everything ships together when the preorder arrives; place separate orders if you want the in-stock pieces sooner.
Vermillion releases in limited drops. Pieces are produced in small runs and are not restocked, so all sales are final — with two exceptions: if your item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong piece, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Size exchanges are honored when stock allows: email us within 7 days of delivery, you ship the unworn item back at your cost, and we ship your new size free within the US (international exchanges ship at your cost both ways). If your size is sold out, we refund the item price instead.
Our hoodies and tees run boxy by design — check the measurements on each product page before ordering. Machine wash cold, inside out; hang dry to protect the print.
All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Vermillion never sees or stores your card details. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
